Description
. Handle the full spectrum of Accounting work
. Prepare and review the month-end closing of the books, monthly and quarterly assurance reporting for the Company
. Prepare annual, quarterly and other ad hoc submission to authorities
. Manage and rationalize financial controls for the Company
. Maintain and update financial process documentation as required under the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
. Prepare annual budget and forecast for the Company
. Prepare annual statutory accounts
. Liaise with internal (Head Office, Internal audit) and external counterparts (Auditor, Tax agent, IRAS, vendors)

Requirements
. Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CPA
. Minimum 6-8 years experience with at least 2 years in an MNC environment with financial reporting experience
. Knowledge of financial instruments and its accounting is necessary
. Experience with US GAAP, local GAAP reporting & SOX compliance
. Experience using SAP (or other G/L systems) is necessary
. Upgrade/migration to SAP experience is an added advantage
. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
. Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
