Wink Accounts Assistant (2 Years Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· Prepare Bank reconciliation
· Supporting 3rd party AR processing which include JVs, monthly accounts reconciliations
· Follow up with Districts for outstanding AR balances (Example: customer prepayments, unidentified receipts and etc)
· To assist in Month end and Quarter end Management reports
· To assist in Month end Hyperion tie-outs
· Prepare cheques and telegraphic payments
· Manage and disburse petty cash
· Providing general administrative support to Finance Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 year to 2 years’ experience doing payments or any general accounting functions. Posses accounting qualifications (A levels, Diploma, etc) or accounting certificate (LCCI, etc). Fresh candidates from Polytechnic or Junior College will be considered if their background is in accounting.

Our client manufactured and repair of other Oilfield and Gasfield machinery and equipment. The work hour is from 7.30am to 4.45pm (5 day work week) and transport will be provided. Location: West
