Our client is Singapore's leading provider of industrial space solutions. They offer a wide range of industrial and business facilities tailored to suit all types of manufacturing and related operations. Due to expansion, they are looking for dynamic individuals for the position of:

ACCOUNTANT


Role:

- Handle management accounting
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting, preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Handle cash flow analysis, recommend, develop and maintain financial models, review and improve systems and processes to maximize efficiency
- Responsible for the closing of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements
- Liaise with auditors and assist in the implementation of accounting policies
- Involved in accounting for capital projects, GST and other statutory reporting, fixed asset management
- Assist other projects and duties as and when required


Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
- Min. 3 years of experience
- Able to take pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind
- Able to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in working in Big 4 companies is an added advantage

5 days work week
Location: Jurong East Central
Salary: S$NEG (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
