Our client is a Norwegian MNC in the oil and gas industry and they are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals for the post of:

ACCOUNTANT - OIL & GAS


Role:

- To assist and support the Group Account Manager, CFO and Finance team
- To manage full set financial accounts; journal entries; monthly variance analysis report; reconciliation of inter-company balances
- To prepare for consolidation and financial reporting and to make sure that the accounts is taken care of in an accurate and complete manner
- To prepare for External Audit and Statutory Reporting
- To developed a Finance Manual and Accounting Policy
- To ensure that the statutory report is in compliance with the various countries GAAP, IFRS and tax rules
- To prepare submission tax, statistics and others official forms
- To assist and manage in evaluating and establish effectiveness and integrity of financial, internal controls
- To participate in various ad-hoc projects


Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy
- Min. 4 years of experience, preferably in similar industry
- Able to do consolidation with knowledge of IFS
- Able to take pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind
- Able to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in working in Big 4 companies is an added advantage



Note

5 days work week, 9am - 6pm
Location: PSA BUILDING
Salary: $3,800 - $4,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
