Responsibilities:

Provide insightful analysis of the company's accounting, administration and ERP to the management
Perform accounting and supervising a small accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial data and reporting back to Singapore
Maintain a full set of accounts, both statutory and management reporting
Detailed checking and reviewing the inventory management in the company
Managing local tax requirements, custom documentations and submission with the assistance of local accounting staff
To continually examine the financial processes and systems through which key information and analysis are produced to ensure that appropriate controls, reliability and accuracy of financial data reporting, and where necessary, make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree in Accountancy
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in medium-size International manufacturing company
Preferably with relevant working experience in INDIA
Applicants must be willing to work in Chennai,India
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or Singapore PR
Ability to work under constant pressure to tight deadlines and deliver high quality output
Strong Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and challenge at all levels
Self starter with desire to succeed and challenge established control and procedures


Salary : Will offer comparable salary, an interesting overseas allowance, transport for business and accommodation in Chennai

Take Note : Suitable Candidate will be assigned to handling the accounting functions of our offices in Chennai, India during the first 6 months of the contract period including approx (70%) of the time will be working in Chennai
