Bank Customer Service Officer, Customer Centre

You will be part of the team to provide “one-stop” banking solutions to our customers. We seek to recruit highly service-oriented individuals to deliver personalised service as well as appropriate solutions on banking products and services over the telephone. A comprehensive training program will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

•Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
•Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
•Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
•Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
•Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions


Requirements
•Degree/Diploma holders with at least 1 year of work experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be advantageous but not a requirement. Fresh Degree/Diploma holders are welcome to apply
• Possess good telephone etiquettes, excellent problem solving skills and a service -oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with a group of Chinese-speaking customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications
• Required to work on rotating shifts as well as on public holidays and weekends
