services company located at Woodlands Ave 9 would like to invite suitable candidates for the following position : HR Assistant Job Description Update staff P-file and maintain good filing system Co ordinate training courses, Skill Development Fund (SDF) and Skill Redevelopment Programme (SRP) for employees Reimbursement of claims (checking and reporting) Stand in for Receptionist function in her absence Checking of overtime report Assist in preparing labour cost report Maintain electronic leave system Able to take instructions and perform duties as and when assigned by HOD Must be able to work under pressure Job Specifications • GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level with at least 2 yrs relevant working experience • Proficient in MS Office • Experience in HRM will be an advantage • Proficient in English Salary Range : $1600 - $1900 Interested applicants are invited to email with a detailed resume to: Only registered and activated users are able to view links or images.
