Responsibilities:
• Handle office maintenance related task and attend to phone calls • Handling full admin duties • Travel, accommodation and visa arrangements for staff • General filing and assigned ad hoc duties pertaining to HR and adminstration matters Requirements: • Diploma / GCE A Level, Private Secretarial Cert • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office Software i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint • Pleasant, resourceful and good interpersonal skills • Ability to perform multi-tasks and independent • Availability to commence work immediately would be an advantage • Preferably 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity • Candidate should be effectively bilingual as we have regional offices to cater too. • Fresh diploma/bachelor graduates are welcome to apply Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.
