Respnosibilities

• Handle office maintence related duties
• Handle all paperwork such as preparing invoices, delivery order and sales order
• Handle phone enquiries
• Perform other admin related duties as required

Requirements:

• Candidates with at least 2 years of administrative/accounting experience
• Possesses strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, independent and proactive
