Job Description

Direct sales career opportunity and the individual must possess the passion and energy in:

* Sales of Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis (LSCA) products within assigned territories with focus on Mass Spectrometry products/solutions

* Provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers

* Work with Country Operations Manager to develop and implement marketing plans in order to contribute to business growth

* Effectively seeks and penetrates new accounts in target business, new customers and focus on key accounts

* Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals

* Ability to accurately forecast business/manages funnel in in-house customer relationship management tools effectively

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in related discipline

* At least 2 years sales and marketing experiences in laboratory/chemical products

* Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with LSCA products and strategy

* A good knowledge of analystical instrument markets

* Highly motivated creative and result oriented

* Able to work with minimum supervision

* High customer satisfaction/loyalty

* Always interested in learning new skills and self improvement

* Fast learner and applies new skills effectively

* Ability to motivate and positively influence others

* Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications

* Work as a team and wants the team to succeed and actively ensuring that will happen
