Finance Manager - Town ( Singaporean/PR Only )

Responsibilities:
· Supervise preparation of management accounts of subsidiaries and Group consolidated accounts
· Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audit
· Liaise with tax agents on the tax matters of the Group
· Maintain and improve all systems in the Company which affect or have impact on financial functions
· Responsible for compliance with tax rules and regulations, tax planning
· Reports to Financial Controller


Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience
· Current or past employment in public company
· Familiar with all local regulatory reporting requirements
· Good team player
