Our client, an advertising agency, with global branches all around the world is looking for dynamic individuals for the post of:

FINANCE EXECUTIVE


Role:

- Co-ordination, assist in financial reporting, review of payments for approvals
- Process month end journal entries
- Prepare monthly Rolling Forecast, Actuals for Finance Manager's review
- Resolve inter-company's differences
- Compile monthly reporting pack
- Review of open job listing to ensure jobs are billed
- Review of pending job listing to ensure costs are taken in
- Chase for job closing
- Generate job nos and keying cost estimates
- Review suppliers' invoices / expenses claims for HOD's approvals
- Other admin/ ad hoc duties


Requirements:

- Full set of accounts
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy
- 3 years experience in SME
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good team player and highly motivated
- Attention to details and analytical
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin


Note:

5 days work week
Salary: $2,400 - $2,600
Location: Central - Clarke Quay
