Job Description:

* Reporting to the Managing Director, the person is to lead the sales
and marketing division, and will play a
critical role in achieving maximum market penetration, profitability and
spearheading marketing and sales
activities.
* Lead the teams to attain profitable sales targets
* Set directions for sales development and marketing strategies
* Identify, develop and maintain new and existing clientele
* Strategize, develop and maintain profitable product portfolio and new
services
* Develop competitive pricing and service offerings as well as business
and product delivery processes
* Negotiate deals and manage contracts
* Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing functions of the Company

Job Requirements:

* Degree holder with a minimum 10 years' of proven track record in
sales, including at least 7 years of senior
management experience. A strategic planner with good leadership and
entrepreneurial skills and a creative
flair in developing marketing plans that appeal to the markets we serve
would be ideal
* Results and customer-service oriented, with a good understanding of
the Infocomm industry
* Possess strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Able
to work well across-functional teams
