Job Description:

* Sourcing and Purchasing - Obtain quotations, raise PRs and POs.
* Office Maintenance / Housekeeping - Office Equipment, Cleanings etc.
* Assist in the SA 2008 Guest List, Invitations, Registrations and
Ushers.
* General Admin Duties - Filing and maintaining of filing records,
reporting, despatches / mails / couriers,
ad_hoc projects, any other duties assigned, etc.

Job Requirements:

* GCE O/A Level/COS
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office Application
* Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
