AICG - Customer Service Executives

Job Description:

* Handle customers\" enquiries on spare parts, quotations, orders,
shipping, LC documentation, spare-parts
operation
* Track, monitor and expediate factories for delivery of orders,
delivery discrepancies, insurance claims
* Co-ordinate with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure orders are
despatched on time.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma holder or GCE A level
* Knowledge of spare parts, experience with parts distribution and
shipping
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Team player and customer-oriented
* Good telephone and customer handling skills
* Proficient in spoken and written Chinese Language
* Ability to speak Russian and Spanish will be an added advantage
* Proficient in spoken and written Chinese Language
