AICG - Facility Management Engineer

Job Description:

* Assist the Facility Manager to manage the Facility Management (FM)
contracts, which include monthly progress
reporting, annual budget and expenses tracking
* Ensure FM operation & maintenance controls are planned, tracked &
implemented accordingly
* Plan, lead, organize & control the Facility Section & its outsourced
activities
* Support the Customer & Corporate for ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001
Management System Certification Audits
* Provide technical, conceptual & design skills to the direct and
indirect reporting staff
* Support the Company's annual fire emergency drill exercise, including
supports on Authorities investigation
on Fatality, Injury & Dangerous Occurrence

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering or Building Services
* At least 4 - 6 years relevant FM and property management experience in
defence, engineering or manufacturing
environment
* Strong technical, management, conceptual & design skills in Total
Facility Management
* Registered Safety Officer or Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage

Others:

* Working Location: Jalan Boon Lay but required to travel to different
sites
* Working hours : 5 days work week
