AICG - Product Registration Officer

Job Description:

A) Regulatory Affairs
- Work closely with vendors and safety laboratories in application and
updates of regulatory affairs
- Meeting regulatory officers/assigned countries\" officers on
registration requirement & updates.
- Attends seminar/talks pertaining to product reg matters.

B) Product Registration
- Collate all required documents with vendor for
registration/application.
- Filing control of all documents (by product model)
- Preparation & updating of POS system
- Sending samples to franchisess and subsidiaries
- Follow thru with the relevant countries on the application process
till product launch

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holders
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in product registration for
overseas market.
- Sales and marketing background are preferred
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Able to multi-tasks.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin as need to liase with chinese
speaking vendors
- Those with strong admin and coordination experience are welcome to
