Job Description:
This position provides leadership to ensure artwork activities are synchronized and integrated with key initiative activities/milestones on site offices. Project leader for packaging artwork projects *Artwork Critical Path Scheduling (CPS) owner - creates schedule w/ Initiative Planner to synchronize with initiative CPS. *Facilitates artwork meetings to address, resolve, and/or escalate issues for decisions. *Ensures Packaging Artwork Development Express (PADEx) process is followed and aligns with management on any exceptions. *Communicates to Initiative Leader on implications of requested changes. *Ensures the timely transfer of information externally (art studio, color separator, etc) and internally. *Ensures the proper use of templates were required. Accountability for Project Measures Results *Owns delivery of key process measures - Right the First Time (RTFT) /On time (OT), Quality Incidence (QI) for individual projects. *Tracks and communicates results with Initiative Planner/ Artwork Planner. *Owns gap analysis and action plan for improvement. Job Requirements: - Possess an Diploma or Degree - At least 2 years of experience in FMCG, Printing, Design and Advertising industry - Experience in desktop publishing software like Adobe Illustrator, photoshop etc - Know and able to apply the dynamics and economics of managing customer relationships and partnerships - Understand and able to apply standard project management tools and methodologies for managing projects - Have a working knowledge of MS Office applications in terms of word processing, spreadsheets and powerpoint presentation Others: * Working Location: North * Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm If you wish to apply for this job, please email us a copy of your resume in MSWord format only to Only registered and activated users are able to view links or images. and include the following in your reply: 1.
