AICG - Accountant

Job Description:

Responsible for posting transactions and maintaining accounts accurately
and in line with IFRS. Review all
Singapore operating companies financial statements and compile monthly
report with respect to their balance
sheet performance and report these to Cyprus HQ on a monthly basis.

Consolidated Accounts and Forecasts - Responsible for the management and
accurate completion and receipt of
all Singapore group companies accounts against pre-determined guidelines
and timetable

Fixed Asset management - To ensure sufficient safeguards are placed on
assets and effective balance sheet
management procedures are maintained through the implementation of
standard procedures

External Audit - Responsible for completing year-end audit packs for all
Singapore group companies

To liaise with the financial controller and finance director on policy
matters and implement finance and accounting
objectives as and when directed

To produce group financial accounts report and make recommendations to
business unit Management and
financial director relating to improving performance

To supervise and direct the activities of the personnel that report to
the Chief Accountant.

To ensure the recording distribution and filing of all documentation
meets with compliance of both internal audit
requirement and external audit needs

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Maintain a cooperative, pleasant and flexible attitude to both work and
colleagues and promote good moral and
team spirit at all times.


Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\"s Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma or Professional Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience
* Independent, Mature, Good interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels
