Our client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of IT solutions to banks and retailers.

ENGINEER/SENIOR ENGINEER (DESIGN VALIDATION ENGINEERING)

Job Scope:

•Participate extensively in product development activities by designing and performing Design Validation Test (DVT); as well as identify areas for potential improvements and work with Design team, both locally and in Berlin for closure and to improve product design margins and robustness.

•Conduct Integration/Application tests on various products and peripherals to simulate users’ environments; as well as drive for product design improvement and/or enhancement by working closely with Design and Software Support teams.

•Provide technical support to the product development group to drive for overall design quality and reliability improvements.

•Perform component/peripheral evaluation and qualification.

Job Requirements:

•Degree/Higher Degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
•Experience in Design Validation Test and reliability testing is an advantage.
•Good knowledge of computer operating systems such as DOS, Windows and Linux.
•Good technical knowledge and experience in PC peripherals is an advantage.
•A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
