This section is created specially for job recruitment/employment agencies and executive search firms in Singapore. Only members under Headhunter usergroup are allowed to post jobs in this section. For more info on usergroup ->

What's so special about this section?
This section allows Headhunters to create new threads (i.e. post new jobs) via email without having the need to login to Singapore Jobs Market Forum. Any replies to the new thread will be sent via email to the Headhunter.

Important: Do not use the same email address you registered with the forum or it will not be displayed properly in your job advertisement. Use a different email address instead.

How do I receive job application?
1. Via forum email feature, you need to set the option via User CP -> Edit Options to accept email from other members.
2. Via forum PM (Private Messaging) feature.
3. Using the email address you provided in the job advertisement.
4. You may include instructions in your signature via User CP -> Edit Signature.

How does it work?
1. A special email address ending with @singaporejobsmarket.com will be given to Headhunter and this email address should be kept in strictest confidence.

2. Headhunter creates an email with subject as the thread title and email body as the content of the thread.

3. Headhunter sent the email to the given special email address.

4. Within 10 minutes, a new thread will be created in this section.

5. Any replies in the new thread will be forwarded to the Headhunter.

6. Any replies from the Headhunter will be posted in the new thread.

In order for this to work out, the Headhunter must use the registered email in Singapore Jobs Market Forum to send out the email. Attachments in the email are not allowed.
