Job Description:

Transactional HR:

* Oversee and manage the service of the outsourced payroll vendor
* Oversee the transactional HR function in terms of management of the
HRIS database, and timely and accurate
records of personnel data.
* Keep abreast of changes in employment legislations and HR policies
* Initiate implementation of changes to ensure internal processes are
updated to comply with the changes

Compensation & Benefits:

* Manage leave and benefits administration
* Handle insurance negotiation and review of insurance policies
* Benefits benchmark with industry and review of benefits
* Assist in overseas assignment management and policy
* HR policies review and updates

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years HR generalist
or C&B experience and 3 years in a
supervisory role
* Detail-oriented, accurate, numerate and meticulous
* Able to maintain confidentiality whilst working independently and
under pressure
* A team player with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet
set goals and objectives
* Experience using HRMS applications such as Prosoft, Peoplesoft, SAP
* Good in MS Excel (intermediate to advance knowledge)
