Job Description:

* Liaise with motor insurers\" counterparts and surveyors on accident
estimates and approvals
* Provide professional advice to customers on claims processes
* Monitor and control sub-contractor\"s and part suppliers\" performance
* Handle administrative processes relating to insurance claims
* Collate & analyze data and drive corrective and preventive measures to
improve operations performance

Job Requirements:

* O level or NTC 2/3 in Automotive Technology preferred
* Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in Automotive
after-sales industry
* Sound knowledge in accident claims processes & automotive repairs
* Good communicator
* A team player & motivator
