AICG - Customer Service Officer @ Orchard (Malaysians welcome)

Job Description:

* Liasing with maids and employers
* Screening maids and employers for matching
* Following up closely with employers and maids
* Arranging interviews for maids and employers
* Taking phone calls, replying emails, writing simple letters
* Using the WPOnline (On the job training provided)
* Liasing with the MOM and our other service providers
* Admin and occasional errands to employers\" homes, MOM and other
locations (no overseas trip required)
* Able to handle difficult employers and maids
* Ensure that payments are made to the company on time
* Counselling the employers and maids
* Other miscellaneous
* Should be able to make a judgement call on when the case should be
referred to management for assistance

Job Requirements:

* Must be well mannered and service oriented
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent working attitude and independent
* Enthusiastic, self-driven team player
* Experience preferred, candidates who are willing to learn and able
to pick up fast may also apply
* Good spoken and written English
* Late 20s and female working environment
* Computer literate
* Good selling skills (not pushy, hard-sell)
* Good organisational and admin skills
* Able and willing to follow instructions
* Salary will commensurates with experience and working attitude
* Working hours: Mon-Fri (10am-6pm), Sun (10am-3pm). Lunch provided.
* Malaysians residing in Singapore preferred though not necessary
