Job Description:

Reporting to Head of HR, to be a proactive business partner in managing
the full spectrum of HR activities.
This includes recruitment, performance management, employee engagement,
salary benchmarking, as well as
compensation and benefits.

Job Requirements:

* Degree, preferably in HRM or equivalent with 2- 8 years\" relevant
experience, preferably in the
manufacturing/maintenance environment
* Must be self-driven, results oriented, able to write well and possess
excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
* Able to multi task with minimal supervision
* Full spectrum of HR working experience preferred.
