Responsibilities:

a.. Manning the reception answering all incoming calls and to attend to all visitors
b.. Making reservations for Conferences and Meeting rooms
c.. Responsible for local and overseas courier services
d.. Maintaining directory list of staff
e.. Monitor and replenishment of office supplies
f.. Collection and distribution of office mails
g.. Any other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

a.. Minimum O levels and above
b.. Able to start work on Short Notice
c.. Preferbably with 2-3 years of receptionist experience in banks
d.. Independent, Speaks well and well-mannered
e.. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
