Responsibilities:


You will be in charge of the full set of financial books for the business and in preparation of the monthly management reports. You will be responsible to provide financial analysis to the management, prepare yearly budget and quarterly rolling forecast and monitor actual performance against them. You will assist in business control, payroll administration and to implement sound internal control system. Your responsibilities include filing of the quarterly GST returns, direct dealing with Internal and External Auditors and Agency Contracts.

Requirements:

a.. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

b.. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience

c.. Meticulous, Independent and able to multi-task

d.. Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work with both Finance and Operational Management at a local and regional level

e.. Knowledge of Singapore GST

f.. Proficient in Microsoft Applications and other accounting software preferable MYOB

g.. Experience in payroll administration is advantageous

h.. Able to travel is advantageous
