AICG - Shipping Clerk/Assistant (5.5 days/Pandan Loop)

Responsibilities:
* Dealing with data entry and correspondence
* Processing Purchase Orders and co-ordinate on incoming shipments
* Handling inventory control and product costing
* Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based
information
* Processing quotations, follow-up on orders and confirmations,
answering to enquiries and liaising with
suppliers and clients
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
* Minimum GCE 'O' levels with at least 2 years relevant experience
* Knowledge of LC documentation a definite advantage
* Good command of both spoken and written English, similar grasp of
Mandarin would be advantageous
* Familiar with shipping documentation such as import and export
documents, invoicing and packing list and
Bill of Lading
* Experienced in liaising with freight forwarders
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications
* Has good organizational and communication skills, is reliable,
resourceful and initiative
* A good team player able to interact with people from all levels
* An independent individual who works well under pressure
* Must be willing to work in Pandan Loop and commit to a 5.5 day work
week
