Job Description:

* Generate sales leads.
* Be responsible for Marketing/selling Product.
* Prepare Sales Plan as per the 'Sales Target'.
* Conduct sales activities including product presentation,
demonstration, negotiation, proposal submission etc.
* Prepare Tender documents and all formalities to participate in the
Tender.
* Solve the problems of the supplied equipment/product/goods.
* Regular visits to potential clients to communicate service and product
information
* Engage in business development activities for outside (Singapore)
market.
* Coordinate marketing activities including delivery, purchase and
collection of payments.
* Focus on building relationship with customers
* Engage in regular monitoring of client service quality
* Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing
customers and ensure timely collection of
revenue.
* Any other jobs assigned by Management.
* Monthly details activities report to Management
* Administrative duties assigned by Management.
* To handle overseas business correspondences and maintain them.
* Responsible to prepare the reply, keep in persuasion and liaison with
all local/overseas clients/ supplier and
keep record of all correspondence.
* Handling shipping documents.
* Prepare quotation, sales order / pro-forma invoice, invoice, packing
list, purchase order handling LC etc.
* Perform in adobe Photoshop, acrobat, Also keep in touch with the
latest of shipment information.
* Responsible for the pricing of products and produce database of all
price offers as well as filling .
* Preparation of monthly progress report.


Job Requirements:

* Degree/ Diploma in major with Marketing or equivalent
* 3 to 5 year(s) experience on export sales on hotel and restaurant
product related sales and marketing jobs.
* Singaporean or PR Holders preferable.
* Willing to travel overseas 2-3 times in a year to visit the suppliers
* Incumbent must be disciplined, young minded, dynamic, resourceful,
energetic & full of initiatives
* Pleasant personality ,Open-minded, proactive & good interpersonal
skills, Outgoing personality
* Self-motivated & Results-oriented, Aggressive
* Must like interacting with customers
* Positive mindset towards improvement
* Must be target oriented & able to work under pressure
* Good command in English + one other language, both oral & written
* Sound knowledge in Computer like Microsoft Office Applications and
Internet Applications
* Product marketing experience especially in hotel and restaurant line
will be treated as an added advantage
* Immediate starters
* Able to start work immediately

I have designed and executed marketing campaigns as well as organising marketing events and exhibitions which successfully resulted in increased sales. My previous experience has also involved continuous liasing with architects, suppliers, contractors and internal communications from initiation to completion of high profile projects. Ongoing activities included a constant stream of mailshot poster promotions. Fundamentally, my previous work involved maintaining and updating a mailing database which was reported directly to the managing director and sales team on a weekly basis. I truely believe the I possess the skills you require and can fulfil an opportunitiy to an excellent standard.I feel also that my experiences mean I can successfully excel in any industry.

The reason for leaving my last job is that I want to develop my career in Singapore and therefore chose to emigrate. My interest in Singapore stems from the fact that it has shifted from an industrial base to a knowledge base country that is flexible and comfortable working with new knowledge and technologies. My belief is an ambitious marketing professional like me can find excellent opportunities here. I am now residing in Singapore meaning my availability is immediate. My previous salary was the equivalent of 4500 SGD per month , my current salary expectation is 3500SGD per month.
