AICG - Receptionist

Job Description:

- provide frontline support in handling phone calls, attending to
enquiries
- assisting walk-in readers with prize redemptions
- clearing the daily incoming and outgoing mails, parcels & articles.
- assist in administrative duties such as making checks for stationery &
office supplies, verifying invoices,
preparing monthly franking report
- undertaking any other ad-hoc assignments.



Job Requirements:

- Minimum an GCE 'O' Level holder
- with at least 3 years' front desk or customer service experience
preferably in service industry.
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin & English and need to speak with chinese
speaking customer
- customer service oriented with excellent phone etiquette.
- basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Matured and independent
