Job Description:

Provide personalized service and customer support to customer by
resolving their
problems; provide prompt and accurate responses to all concerns and
questions relating
to their business.


Job Requirements:

- Degree in any discipline
- Min 1-2 years' experience in customer service industry
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and judgment skills.
- Independent and able to multitask
- Excellent telephone etiquette and good customer service attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin as required to liase with
chinese speaking customers
