I have handled first and second level support for IT Software, Hardware, LAN (fixed/ wireless) and VOIP products as a technical Support, as a Secretary I have handles monthly PDS MH reports, files and executing other clerical works , Updating monthly man hour report, and Monitor timesheets of each member, & assists all project members in their inquiries regarding Admin/HR/personnel matters. I am well capable of organizing and completing any duties in an orderly and in compliance with project quality plan and Provide high level technical support (hardware/software).I am dynamic, easy to work with, possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and open to new processes and technologies and I would like to be part of a company as a Call Centre Agent or any job that has the same qualifications .
