Our client, a Well Known Multinational Property Developer and a market leader is seeking experienced Senior / Project Manager.

The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Overall directions in setting project schedule, planning, budgeting, cost & quality standards
- Appointment of consultants and contractors/sub-contractors for projects
- In charge of Planning Approval/Building Plan and monitor construction/work progress
- Work closely with Consultants on technical discussions, evaluate feasibility studies
- In charge of quality, safety, delivery and PR of projects

Requirements:- Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Building/Estate Management
- At least 7 years’ project management experience ideally with proven track record in development/management of high-rise residential, commercial and mixed development properties
