Position: Cust Svc Asst Manager/Manager
Location: MacPherson Road
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Salary: S$3000 – S$4000


Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer service personnel
• Identify customers’ needs and attend to enquiries and feedback
• Co-ordinate with operational and key account departments (Air & Sea Freight)
• Manage and develop existing accounts
• Develops customer satisfaction indicators and customer retention programmes
• Attend to customers’ complaints and resolve issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Bilingual in MANDARIN and English
• Knowledge of Air & Sea Freight Operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS applications
• Able to work independently and good follow up skills
• Ability to work under pressure
