First Impression Officer x 2 positions

As the first point-of-contact for customers, you will have to handle
walk-in customers professionally by finding out their needs and directing them to appropriate team experts or service/sales channels.

You will also be required to respond to queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs. Additionally, you will have to achieve individual referral targets to maximise sales opportunities within the branch/Premier Centre. Cross-selling of bank products to walk-in customers will also be necessary of you.

Along with a Degree in Banking and Finance with at least 2 - 3 years of banking experience, you should be knowledgeable in the areas of banking, investment and insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset and the passion to meet people are ideal qualities for the job.

You should be a team player who is proactive, self-motivated and sociable, with the ability to work independently as well as under pressure.
