ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Job Description:

• Physical stock taking
• Stock reconciliation
• Monitor & control of slow moving stock
• Update & process of inventory transaction
• Control & monitoring of gross profit
• Preparation of inventory reports
• Assist in preparation of analysis report (Invt)
• Daily checking on incoming invoices
• Assist in monthly factory payment
• Follow up with sales over accounting issues
• Monthly factory reconciliation

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy with 2-3 years of experience
• Experience in account payable & inventory
• Good communication skills
• Independent, responsible and timely
• Initiative
• Ability to commit overtime during closing period
• Neat & meticulous
• High accuracy
• Experience in computerised Accounting system preferably SAP
