Job responsibilities :

The chosen candidate will support the Advertising & Promotions department in administrative duties, generation of reports, tracking of campaign effectiveness as well as co-ordination and liaising work.

Requirements :

• Minimum GCE “A” levels
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administrative and personal assistant work.
• Added advantage if experience includes working in a advertising and / or promotions unit/ company.
• Need to be extremely hands-on and meticulous
• Focus and result-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Able to handle high volume of paperwork

Salary : S$1800 – 1900 mthly plus 13 mths bonus
