Default AICG - Personal / Admin Assistant (Tuas with transport)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Marketing Manager
  • Provide basic customer service support
  • Hotel reservation and transport bookings
  • Booking of air tickets
  • Assist in VIP visits
  • Perform basic admin duties like filing and inventory control
Requirements:
  • Minimum N / O / A level and above
  • Willing to work in Tuas area with transport provided at designated pickup points
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri (7.30am - 4.30pm), Sat (7.30am - 11.30am)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Only Singaporeans and PR holders need apply
