Want to know about the company before joining!!!

Hi all,
Does any one know any site from where I can get the information about the employer of a particular company? Where I can know about the working culture of a particular company? And what will be the future aspects? If you people know any site so, let me know. Any help from you people will be precious for me.

Just google for the name of the company my friend and if possible try to find some trustworthy people where your company is located and let them find how is the company ? I guess that would be the best way to know about the company ....

you can read their postings via internet or wherever it was

but the thing is there are times that what is being posted is just a mere public image

(though we can't be so paranoid about it)

better yet

try asking the employees themselves (tough one huh)

every company has its own 'politics'

or if you happen to be a country or two away

better pump up yourself with all the qualifications they are asking

with these you'll know that you're always in the winning end =)
