Our client is one of the MNCs in retail industry with offices in Asia Pacific region.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma Holder with at least 5yrs of relevant experience
• Must understand financial numbers, statistics
• Possess the can-do, can-fix and can-get ability
• Friendly and passionate about the business
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Nice personality yet authoritative when required
• Strong in MS Office
• Female working environment. Have worked for senior bosses before (eg: CEO,COO,MD & senior management) and someone who has experience supporting expatriate bosses

Job Scope:

• Well versed with dictation, and transcribing of notes and memoranda.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to perform secretarial and clerical duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
• Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques and Document1office equipment.
• Ability to type at the speed of 60wpm, and take shorthand at a speed of 100wpm.
• Excellent problem-solving, written and oral communication skill.
• Able to work and manage pressure
• High degree of initiative and drive for success.
• Ability to learn, interpret and apply common sense and decision making appropriately.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the general public and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority
• Salary: Up to $4500 per month
• Working location: East
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
