We are looking for customer-focused individuals for the following Singapore-based positions in our Regional Reservations Office:


Reservations Sales Agent
Acting as initial contact to customers who wish to travel with our airline, you will provide superior service to ensure an outstanding experience to all customers with a first impression. You are expected to ascertain customer's needs and comply in such a way as to exceed the customer's expectations. Upon selection, you will be required to attend a training course at the Reservations Office.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O' Levels; GCE 'A' Levels preferred, with some knowledge on geographical locations
• Proficiency in English/Cantonese/Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone & written communcation with proper use of grammar, tone and pronunciation with both Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Able to multi-task and attendtion to details
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Computer skills with keyboard proficiency
• Desire to learn and apply specific sales training techniques
• Ability to work on shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays
