We are looking for customer-focused individuals for the following Singapore-based positions in our Regional Reservations Office:

Deskbound Job Description (Operational/Coordination/Customer Service):

Operational Roles:

A Reservations Support Representative handles the airline back room, admin work. It requires you to sit at a computer to work on a list of passenger reservations known as a queue. There could be the need to calculate the cost of the trip and issue a ticket, or possibly there could be a change of flight schedule which requires you to book an alternate flight.

Coordination/Customer Service Roles:

While you are working at your computer, you are also required to answer queries from your fellow colleagues - Reservations Sales Agents, with questions on airline policies/procedures/questions on various aspects of a customer’s reservation. In addition, you might have to liaise with customers from overseas

Requirements:
Job Qualifications: (Education/Experience)

• General Certificate of Education (GCE) A or O Level
• Fluent in English language, ability to read, write and speak
• Ability to work 24/7shift
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Basic computer skills with keyboard proficiency
• General math skills, ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail
