Position: Contracts Manager/Senior Contracts Exeuctive

Location: Marina Square

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm

Salary: Negotiable (Up to 5k)



· Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying

· At least 10 years relevant experience in contracts and/or quantity surveying

· Team leader who possesses exceptional leadership qualities (For post of Contracts manager)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management

· Relevant experience in handling mega size project and sound knowledge on PSSCOC and SIA contracts will be an added advantage
