Bank Customer Service Officer (20 openings)

Responsibilities
• Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

Requirements
• Degree or Polytechnic diploma holder (experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment would be advantageous but not a
requirement)
• A pleasant voice, positive telephone manner as well as attentive listening and communication skills
• Good command of oral and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications
• Able to work shift including weekends and Public Holidays
• Singaporean/ SPR/ Malaysian only.

Shift Patterns

• Daily- 9-hour shift per day, with 1 hour break
• Weekly- 1 Shift per week, 5-day work week with 2 Off days (1 weekday+ 1 weekend)
