Smile Receptionist (3 mths contract to Perm)

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for front desk duties - handles incoming phone calls, guest reception
· Arrange for couriers, fax / mail receiving and distribution
· Travel arrangements – booking of flights, hotels, transfers etc
· Maintain office stationery / pantry supplies and report stock levels
· Monitor and track meeting room bookings
· Assist in basic administrative duties – photocopying, filing
· Participate in ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:
· Minimum one year experience in similar capacity preferred
· Good communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office and applications
· Pleasant & cheerful personality, positive mindset
· Meticulous, results oriented

Other Information:

· 5 Day work week, 9 am – 5.45 pm
· Office located at Jalan Bukit Merah
