Responsibilities:

The incumbent is required to document our client’s software, some of which has been developed and some of which is under development. The type of documents to be produced would include design documents, functional requirements and user manuals. The information to produce these documents would include existing documents (bits and pieces), existing programs and the developers are available to brief the incumbent.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Experience in developing similar documentation for software (not necessary in the same industry)
• Good understanding of technical requirements (such as the level of detail in which things need to be documented to be useful for programmers)
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English language skills
• Familiar with PC applications such as Microsoft office and general PC skills
• Must be able to commit for 2 months minimum
• Applicants who are able to work on a freelance basis are also welcome to apply
• Possible of conversion to permanent staff
• Working location: Shaw Tower
