CRM Executive

Brief Job Description:

To perform inside sales support for various customers’ region
Handling incoming telephone calls and general inquiries
Support the sales and marketing programs & events
Conduct presentation to customer on services and products
Providing administrative and secretarial support as assigned

Requirements:

You should possess a Polytechnic Diploma and preferably have experience in front-line customer servicing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
Responsible, self-disciplined and mature
Computer literacy
