The Job:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for our market share and profitable growth of all co in Indonesia , Vietnam and some other markets

Lead and coordinate in the conceptualization and implementation of our marketing and brand activities for all BF brands.

Budget planning, monitoring

To liaise and build relationships with local distribution partner on brand strategies and implementation

To provide clear direction and manage priorities for the in-market on-premise and off-premise promoter teams.

To manage local ATL, BTL, and PR agencies to deliver agreed programs as outlined in the annual Business Pl

Brand Plan development

Conduct brand training/ education exercise to our distributor partners, suppliers and key on and off premise outlets.

Assist the Area Director on other projects or special functions as may be required

Require heavy travel

Educational Background:

Post graduate ( Business, Management , Advertising or Finance course)

Related Experience:

Has 4 to 7 years sales and marketing experience in alcohol or related consumer goods industries.

Abilities/Skills/Attitude:

Verbal and written communications, analytical and finance acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, multi tasking, self starter and team player. Willing to travel and work extended hours.
