Core Duties:
• Prepare and manage the department’s sales budget.
• Prepare the analysis of store profitability.
• Attain all sales target given and/or even exceed it.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals.
• Manage the department’s stock.

Requirements:
• Min Diploma holder.
• Possess excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety will be advantageous.
• 2 years of experience in related field.
